iVario Breakout

The iVario Breakout is a discrete kit meant to make the set up and installation of any COMET iXRS series x-ray source simple and easy. The unit brings all iVario connections to labeled terminal blocks, getting rid of the need for customized connectors/cables.

The iVario Breakout includes interfaces for:

• Generator mains and auxiliary power

• Cooler/chiller power

• High voltage door interlock (CDRH)

• Three monitored warning lamps

• Four software controlled potential-free outputs

• Safety interlocks, including: emergency stops, low voltage door interlocks, etc.

New Product Version Features (shipping 11/2020, SN565136):

• OUTPUT3 and OUTPUT4

  • Now rated for 250VAC/220VDC @ 2A

  • Now fused @ 2A with replaceable on-board fuses

  • **NOTE** OUTPUT1 and OUTPUT2 are still rated for 50VDC @ 0.5A

• New Mounting Options:

  • PCB can now mount directly to 35mm DIN rail with included hardware

  • PCB can now mount directly to a panel or wall

• Additional 24VDC terminal blocks added

  • Terminal blocks now labeled "+" and "-" for 24VDC and common, respectively

• Additional earth ground terminal blocks added

  • Terminal blocks now labeled "⏚"
